It probably wasn't the best view compared to other ocean view properties we have stayed at. The room was clean. Our only real complaint was there was no salt and pepper and maybe oil spray, although there is a full kitchen. Also the minky blanket in the top of the cupboard, could do with a wash. Very musky and few stains. Apart from that we had a lovely mini break.

This was a fantastic getaway. The premises is perfect with lovely ocean views and nice modern appliances, close to grocery shops and all amenities. Would stay here again on my next visit to Broadbeach.

Room was not clean. We find hair in the bedding which was quite alarming, indicating the sheets were not changed. There was an empty container of handwash, which also suggested the room was not properly cleaned prior to us arriving. I had to ask reception to change out bedding out and get cleaning product.

For the quality of the hotel and the price paid per night was very underwhelming, no staff in to clean the room daily uncomfortable beds and only a duvet. Fantastic development and facilities would have to be tempted to stay there again have had better experiences at cheaper hotels.

Great Location Stay

The apartments were very spacious and modern. Because the apartment was south facing it tended to be cold. You could turn up air conditioning, but it seemed to stay on a set 22deg. T V in bedroom is only for streaming, not normal TV. Excellent location close to supermarkets and shopping centres. Numerous restaurants within walking distance along with local transport.

Be aware not all rooms are the same in size. Not all have as good a ocean view and not all floors are the same. So it is a bit of a surprise to book the same room and find it was much small than last time. One lift was out but it seem to be working by the time we left. Overall i don't mind the property and there are some more experienced staff there than others. The young lady with long hair is very nice.

Booked the 2BR suite. The unit itself is pretty lux and very spacious. Really convenient location, and the views are pretty good. However, the WiFi for the suite is abysmal and I struggle to even load my web browser for a google search, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re here for work/business and will require to be working from your suite to an extent. I don’t understand how wifi connections can still be terrible in this day of age for a 4 star Aparthotel. There’s also very few sanitary products as you are not provided with hand wash.
