Our experience was disappointing due to several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the property had not been fully prepared, as cleaners were still on-site at check-in time. We also found personal items, including underwear, left behind from a previous guest, which was concerning from a cleanliness perspective. Additionally, our booking was cancelled at one point due to a name mix-up with another individual, causing unnecessary inconvenience. We were also contacted multiple times regarding arranging a walkthrough for the owner, who was attempting to sell the property, which disrupted our stay. Furthermore, the apartment building itself had a strong, unpleasant smell of rubbish, particularly in the lifts and common areas, which detracted from the overall environment. Overall, these factors significantly impacted our experience.

The room was clean a broken furniture piece probably should’ve been removed. Bedroom/bathroom door didn’t lock but the staff were amazing super helpful. Extremely happy will definitely return
