Private and quite, located within one of Broadbeach Waters most tightly held cul-de-sac streets.
Plenty of room for the whole family and only a stroll to Pacific Fair, Star Casino and Light Rail . Also has its own pontoon and private sandy beach. This property also has its own private pool and basketball court which is has floodlights for night games.
