This 'resort' is resort in appearance only. It's got the obligatory fantastic foyer, front desk fabulous, stunning pools, garden, easy parking, views etc. The rest isn't great by any stretch. 'Resort' suggests - to me - that the property's owned by a company ; this 'resort' has a body corporate. End result being different apartments are individually owned. Our five night stay pretty much ruined by total lack of curtains, sun beaming through fabric akin to lace. Sleep close on impossible, room never completely dark ; glare was such tv couldn't be seen accept at night.Ended up purchasing windscreen sun reflectors, 3 at $11 each suction cupped to an internal glass door in bedroom ( curse the designer for this monstrosity). Curtains reduce heat in rooms, totally cost effective ! No ceiling fans. AC too noisy, shower pressure terrible, precious few power points etc. Kitchen great, fridge super chilly. Sofas cheap and uncomfortable, fabric harsh. Management has many rules here, as well they should. But the tattood loser thugs who seem to be in every elevator we used during the five days obey no rules, management nowhere to be found. Sat' at 18:00 we saw these muscled jerks departing the elevators holding open cans of alcohol, boxes of beer on shoulders. Right in front of families, kids, tourists etc. This place is a sham, deserves zero custom. Stayed in a genuine resort in Bodrum, Turkey, just a few months ago. Saw none of the aforementioned there. Only on the Gold Coast...
