Everything else was fine, but the cleanliness and hospitality were very poor. The reception was not helpful, and the room was not cleaned properly. You had to call several times or go in person just to have the towels changed. Overall, the housekeeping service was very weak and disappointing.

This is an extremely busy place. Not a full hotel, but private owned apartments. They do not have the structure of a nice hotel. Breakfast is very poor and the worst part is the communication with front desk, they really don't care about costumer service. They charge $20 if you want to have coffee refills in your room. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Excellent location with outstanding views. Room was spacious with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Not perfectly clean, but okay. Lifts were not working very well. Reception was efficient but not overly friendly. Pools were excellent.

The room presented fine, bed was very uncomfortable. The TV sound couldn’t be heard over the terrible whistling sound coming from under the front door. We put a towel to seal it which helped, we wedged another chair against an inter joining room door which continued to bang in and out. The facilities were fine pool etc all good. Got stuck in elevator twice wouldn’t recommend staying here for the cost.

Perfect location but lift were malfunctioning so waiting 10 mins for full lifts negates the location convenience. Check in and concierge staffing not up to peppers Norma levels. Building is still really nice.

Can’t beat the location

Hard to beat the location of this premises. So convenient to everything. The only downside is perhaps the complicated car parking arrangements which is exacerbated by the partial pedestrianisation of The Esplanade, which created access delays.

The views from level 40 were sensational! The room was beautiful with an amazing spa bath! In room facilities were awesome and very handy (in room laundry, full size fridge and dishwasher) A new little annoyances with this hotel (which wouldn’t stop us staying there again). Entry on ground floor, reception on level 2, parking on B3 and limited luggage trolleys made it hard to empty our full car on checkin with 2 kids. We happily paid the high price of the room so that the kids could swim in the amazing indoor heated pool during this wet weather however, on the last days of the trip, the pool was closed for maintenance so it was a bit of a waste. When we did get to use them, the facilities (pool, spa and sauna) were second to none. Our swipe cards periodically stopped working which at one point saw myself and my toddler stuck in the car park and when we got to reception, the just reset it (not even an apology for the inconvenience) as I think it’s a common occurrence to them.
