The house is spread over two spacious levels with 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodating 8 guests, There is also a small double pull out sofa in a foyer/flex space for any additional visitors who may drop in for a night or two. Your dog is welcome to join you on holidays as well.

Spend days lazing by the pool, or take a short stroll to Palm Beach parklands, patrolled surf beach and off-leash dog beach. Palmy Villa offers everything you need for a relaxed getaway with family or friends by the beach.

Lower level:
- Bedroom with 1 x king bed, smart TV and access out to the backyard and pool area
- Bedroom with 1 x tri-bunk (single bed on top, double bed on bottom) and 1 single trundle bed
- Foyer/ flex space with day bed that converts to a small double sofa bed – (suitable for 2 small children or 1 adult only for short stays)

Upper level:

Access is via a lockbox at the property, further information will be provided closer to arrival.

All linen is provided (including beach towels) and beds will be made up on arrival. Please note that the sofa bed and single trundle bed will not be made up, however linen is provided.
