We stayed at Markham Court for almost a month. Had absolutely everything we needed,was in the most perfect area for beach,shopping, dining and transport. Absolutely could not fault it and we will be definitely returning annually.

Great location to shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment with laundry facilities. Vanity cupboard was dirty on arrival but this was quickly rectified. Comfortable accommodation but bathrooms somewhat dated and tired. Good parking with stairs up to apartment so not for the those with reduced mobility. Nice pool area and spa pool, although spa pool was not always hot. Overall a pleasant stay.

Have to say was very disappointed in this property. Our apartment was full of dust had a strange smell about it. Doors had dirty marks on them. The worst was my daughter feeling itchy and feet swollen. We pulled her sheets all the way back and found bugs in it that had been biting her. We actually checked out early putting keys in after hours box. Have heard nothing from place.

Short Stay

Stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with my daughter. The apartment was spacious and in a good location, close to cafes, supermarkets and the Pacific Fair shopping centre. The apartment itself was old and in need of a refurbishment, the kitchen was very dated, appliances old. We were disappointed to find an unwashed saucepan in the cupboard, unwashed dishes in the dishwasher and 2 empty drink bottles alside the couch. I wish I had taken photos of these things. Told the lady at reception and she said she would tell management - that was it. I believe that all the apartments are individually owned, so some may be better fitted out than others. I would probably not stay there again.

Good value + would stay again.

Room was clean and bathrooms and tiles had probably been recently updated; nice/modern rather than luxury/state of the art. Staff friendly. Location good; close to Broadbeach restaurants and shops but quiet at night. Wifi could be better.
