The view was stunning but sadly this was ruined by the lack of basic requirements. Towels were missing, the beds only had a sheet and there were no doonas on the bed or blankets in any cupboards so we were all freezing the first night until we could finally get ahold of reception the next day. There was only 1 tea bag and 1 sugar and zero coffee sachets. There was no hair dryer. But even if there was we wouldn’t be able to use it as the bathrooms had zero electrical outlets. The bed heads had a thick layer of dust covering them and my children were sneezing from the dust. And the beds were rock hard. When we requested all of these items, reception acted defensive and put out and blamed wotif. But when we spoke to wotif they blamed reception. Again it was very sad that such a beautiful location and stunning view was ruined. This apartment really needs some love. It was very disappointing and we would not stay here again.
