The room smelt like wet carpet, it was terrible. Balcony door had mold on it and wouldn't open to let air in and the smell out. Staff weren't helpful with the wifi. Couldn't link my accor account as booked through expedia. Had to ask for clean towels. Felt more like a three star not a four star hotel. Definitely wont be staying there again.

Only there for a night, price for such a hotel close to all was great. Could be noisy on a Friday & Sat night with a club next door, depending which room you get. Staff lovely and unit was very comfy and nice views etc.

This is an old hotel. From the smell of the garbage as you exitvthe hotel lift onto your floor, to the run down look and feel of the place, it screams "I need a makeover". The staff were pleasant enough. If you are looking for a clean and inexpensive stay, this is it. However don’t expect too much more than that.

Room was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Expect some construction noise on weekdays while the newest Meriton Tower goes up. There’s no pool and no sign that the spa deck will be reopening anytime soon, but the beach is a short walk away. The gym is also very basic. It only has a few machines and a water cooler but no cups. It doesn’t even have hotel WiFi. Definitely room for improvement there.

Only giving 4 out of 5 stars for facilities due to there being no pool, we wanted to laze for a couple of hours, but really, the beach is like 300m down the road, so you can do that. Everything else was wonderful! We utilsed the day spa, had the buffet breakfast, our room was spacious, with a veiw if both the beach and the connecting water ways. All and all a great experience. Even had onsite parking which was a definite bonus!

Foyer looked good but beyond that it was very dirty. Security cards continuously did not work on either the lifts or room. Security surcharge was charged to credit card without consent, and reimbursement time was unknown. Staff did not seem to care too much. Consistent noise throughout the day/night coming from neighboring hotel. Overall this was very bad experience and would not recommend anyone stay here
