The disappointing aspect of our stay was the operation of the ‘virtual reception’ concept. The key was not available at the property but at another one in the Burleigh Shopping Centre probably 1.5 kms away where access and parking were difficult. There was no other option communicated to me by SMS to get the keys of the property. People with no vehicle need to be aware of this aspect of ‘customer service’. The property itself was very satisfactory.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was more than enough room for our family of 6. Really beautiful apartments, very clean, great natural lighting, open plan living/dining area. Spacious bedrooms. All appliances supplied and were modern and in good working order. Beautiful view from the balcony. Highly recommend for families.

The unit was clean and tidy. But its very surprising that there is no air conditioning or even a fan at all in the whole house. Furthermore there is no fly screens at all! So we couldn't open a single window. Once its opened, hundreds of flies came into the house. And we spend so much time and energy to catch flies.... Except for that, everything was fine.
