The apartment was well set out, clean and had I will appointed kitchen and laundry. It has good sized towels and toiletries. It also had a king size bed which went out onto a balcony. It’s across the road from the beach and in walking distance to lots of restaurants and public transport. We love staying here at the Boardwalk .

The apartment needs to be cleaned. It was very dusty throughout the whole property with previous tenants rubbish in cupboards. No blankets and bedding tired and needs replacing. We paid premium prices for an apartment that needs cleaning and upgrading of bedding.

Be warned. Property advertises "Ocean Views" with beautiful ocean view images. This was the deciding factor in booking this property. Upon arrival there were no ocean views just city views. Reception stated there were NO ocean views for hire and stating that it was just unfortunate as it was not their fault the property was advertised as "Ocean Views". Property refused refund or any compensation.

Common areas great, the rest average

Average rooms - no duvet, only a sheet and a blanket (which I assume isn’t washed between guests). The crockery and cutlery wasn’t clean and there was very basic cleaning materials - which probably why everything in the kitchen needed to be washed before using. The sofa and dining chairs were covered in stains. If these things were cleaned, (and additional towels provided), I’d give it 5 stars. Location great, across the road from a patrolled beach, 5 min walk from Burleigh centre. Pool and BBQ area also good.

We really enjoyed the stay, the rooms are well appointed and beds comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities are excellent. View from the room (three bed apartment) was amazing and it is a well maintained property with excellent external communal spaces. As feedback the room was not as clean as I would have hoped. We needed to give the kitchen a good wipe down when we arrived and the carpets needed a good vacuum. It would have been nice if the doonas had covers on them as they were stained and it felt a bit yuck having them on the bed. It was those little things that lowered my rating from what would have been excellent.

Nice double bedroom apartment with a good view of the esplanade. Right across from the beach and in walking distance of the burliegh shops and restaurants. Pool area is a nice spot to relax in the sun! Close to transport (buses) and tram is being worked on outside the building, along with a couple of contrustion sites for new buildings close by
