Tolle Lage

Tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Lage am See. Schönes, geräumiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Ich hätte mir jedoch gewünscht, dass man uns vorab mitteilt, dass direkt nebenan gerade ein Haus gebaut wird und die Fliesenleger sowie Heizungs- und Küchenbauer ab morgens sehr aktiv sind. Zudem war das zur Verfügung gestellte Kinderbett leider in keinem sauberen Zustand; die allgemeine Sauberkeit hat insgesamt noch etwas Spielraum nach oben. Für künftige Anreisende: Parken Sie ihr Auto vor der Schranke und gehen Sie zu Fuss ins Haus, dort finden Sie eine Fernbedienung vor, mit der Sie auch dann die Schranke öffnen und dem Auto auf das Hausgrundstück fahren können. Wer selbst Bettwäsche mitbringt: Bitte grosse Laken 2x2m für die Doppelbetten mitbringen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet.Die lage direkt am See ist fantastisch und das extra Saunahaus mit kleiner Lounge wirklich perfekt.Der Pool war angenehm.Bettkissen dürften vlt mal erneuert werden aber das ist wirlich jammern auf hohem Niveau

Das Haus war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben in einem gut gehobenen Zustand. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool sind das Highlight. In der Küche vermisst man nichts. Die Sauberkeit ist gut, auch die Einrichtung ist zufriedenstellend sowie der Ausblick auf den Fleesensee.

Lage, Lage, Lage! Diese ist wirklich super! Wenn man will findet man immer etwas was nicht ganz rund ist. Wir hatten ein Problem und eine halbe Stunde später war der Hausmeister vor Ort. Sehr gut!

Tolles Haus

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool war sofort nutzbar und die Sauna gut bedienbar. Die Lage ist super. Von der Küche/Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den See. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Das Haus bietet Optimalen Platz für 6 Erwachsene. Beide Etagen sind super geräumig und modern. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool mit Überdachung sind ein absolutes Highlight. Beides ist leicht zu bedienen und lädt bei schmuddel Wetter zum entspannen ein. Für ausgiebige Spaziergänge gibt es viel Laufstrecke. Bis zum nächsten Ort braucht man zu Fuß nur 25 min. Immer am Wald entlang. Unterkunft, Lage und er See direkt vorm Objekt sind sehr zu empfehlen

Ein überteuertes ungepflegtes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus hat eine top Lage. Die Sauna und der Whirpool sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Badezimmer waren für ein Mietobjekt auch okay. Leider war es das auch, die Coach im Wohnbereich ist wirklich eine Zumutung - das schwarze Ersatzleder blättert an mehreren Stellen bereits extrem ab und bleibt an einem selbst überall haften, wirklich sehr unangenehm. Der Kamin funktioniert überhaupt nicht und das in der Beschreibung angepriese TV-Sky war auch eine Niete, die Kanäle konnten nicht empfangen werden, da der Router fehlerhaft war. Dies haben wir direkt bei unserer Ankunft bemängelt und wurden auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet, aber es hat sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts / 8 Tage nichts geändert. Die Fenster waren so dreckig, dass man kaum durchsehen konnte und oben auf dem Balkon hingen dazu auch noch überall Spinnweben und der Boden war so eklig dreckig, dass man ihn nicht nutzen konnte. Die Besitzer interessiert das alles nicht im Mindesten, wir haben sie angeschrieben, aber es kam einfach gar keine Reaktion, null. Für all diese Mängel ist das Haus einfach überteuert und wenn man überlegt, dass man sich noch nicht einmal die Mühe macht zu kommunizieren, ist das Objekt wirklich nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Super Auszeit im Winter

Das Wetter war ideal um die tolle Ausstattung des Ferienobjekts (Sauna und Whirlpool) zu nutzen. Alles war gut gepflegt. Die Ausstattung (Decken, Geschirr etc.) wirkt nicht mehr wie die neueste/beste, war aber noch völlig in Ordnung. Die Umgebung bietet viel Potential für Ausflüge, hier dürfte ganzjährig keine Langeweile aufkommen, insbesondere wenn man bereit ist bis zur Müritz zu fahren. Zum Golfplatz können wir nichts sagen, da wir keine Golfer sind. Zum Wasser sind es wirklich nur 2-3min zu Fuß. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wenn die Ausstattung in den kommenden Jahren mal erneuert wird wäre es perfekt.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren zu viert und mit Hund für 3 Nächte in Untergöhren in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus!! Es ist alles so wie es in der Beschreibung des Hauses angegeben wird bis auf eine Sache !! Das Grundstück ist leider nicht komplett eingezäunt sondern zum hinterem Haus gibt es keinen Zaun, was für uns schwierig war denn man musste immer ein Auge auf den Hund haben um sicher zu gehen dass dieser nicht ausbüxt. Aber das ist schon die einzige Kritik die wir hatten. Ansonsten war alles top. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen !!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage jedoch kein uneingeschränkter Luxus

Der erste Eindruck war positiv wurde jedoch von schimmelnden Bändern und Baustaub überschattet. Wir haben mehrfach emails an die Vermietung gesandt jedoch bis heute ohne Reaktion. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig und wurde nicht wie angegeben zeitnah behoben. 14 Seiten Hausordnung über die Pflichten des Mieters sodass wir Fotos von jeglichen Beanstandungen machen mussten. Das Kücheninventar teils stark verdreckt. Der Backofen wurde lang nicht vernünftig gesäubert. Die Dusche im kleinen Bad mit schwarz Schimmel befallen. Schade, dass noch immer keine Reaktion seitens der Vermietung erfolgte .
