At check in the computers were down. I was kept in the sitting area for more 2 hours. No one notified me when the computers were up and running for approximately 30 mins. If I had stood up to ask, I would have sat there for a long time. I missed a virtual clinic with patients as a result.

Expected luxury for the price but the rooms are tired, frosted windows with no view, so cold even when we asked for a heated. Meant to have robes in the room…. No nothing. The spa is tired, unhygienic and soaking wet where the shower drains being blocked

Can be noisy if your room is over the restaurants. Breakfast reslly just average buffet. Good location and paid parking - been there many times and the hotel parking area is always full so you end up paying Rooms good Bar nice Probably the best option in guildford
