The hotel advertised free airport transfers but when we tried to book our transfer we were told the transfers are only for limited times of the day . Our arrival in the afternoon was not available for transport. As we checked in we were told Expedia had mistakenly double booked our stay. It was clearly a mistake we did not need the extra rooms . The hotel would not cancel the extra rooms so we were charged double for our stay.

Very nice and clean hotel. I agree that the quiet rooms are on the 12th floor. We stayed on the 12th floor and did not hear any noise at all from the levels below. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent, but unfortunately the facility is dated and needs to be updated. They offer free drinks and snacks in the evening.But the snacks were a joke. Breakfast has gone downhill.It used to be amazing, but not anymore! I can't say enough how amazing this staff was!

One of the two people checking people in was very discriminatory. I was waiting in line and an African American lady came in significantly after me. The employee was African American and checked her in ahead of me. I see this as reverse discrimination as I am Caucasian. If this were reversed it would have been a huge issue!
