Welcome to the Flensburg Fjord

Tastefully, maritime furnished one-room apartment (34 m²) for 2 persons (non-smokers, no pets)



The apartment (mezzanine floor, south-facing) is located directly at the Club-Nautic marina in Schausende, 16 km from Flensburg, on the Holnis peninsula. From the sunny balcony you have a beautiful view over the Flensburg inner fjord as far as Denmark. Swimming, surfing and kitesurfing opportunities are available right next to the house. The living/sleeping area of the apartment is furnished with a comfortable sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, flat screen TV, stereo system and double bed (200 x 160 cm). The small, separate kitchenette has a 4 ring hob/oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and toaster. Built-in cupboards and wardrobe in the hallway, shower room with WC, south-facing balcony with garden furniture for relaxing. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the cellar. The apartment is fully furnished for use as a vacation apartment with the exception of bed linen and towels.



Schausende is a district of Glücksburg and lies in the middle of the Holnis Nature Park, a peninsula. This can be explored on beautiful hiking trails, across meadows, past the Noor, along the cliffs to the promenade with spa beach on the outer fjord. A 30-minute walk takes you back to the starting point in Schausende. Glücksburg is only 5 minutes away by car and has a wide range of shops, bike hire, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies and banks. The moated castle of Glücksburg and the Rosarium are well worth a visit. The promenade along the spa beach invites you to take a stroll and also offers a wide range of culinary delights. In the spa center you will find the Fördelandtherme with swimming pool and sauna area. Flensburg is the gateway to the north. The historic old town, the harbor and the merchants' courtyards invite you to stroll and linger. The surrounding area also offers many opportunities for excursions to Denmark, the Schlei or the North Sea.

Schöne kleine Wohnung, gut geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Pros: Die Lage, Parkplatz vor Ort, sehr ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattete Küchennische Cons: die Matratzen sind zu weich bzw. durchgelegen, kein Geschirrhandtuch, kein Abtropfgestell für das Geschirr, kein Mülleimer im Bad für Hygieneartikel

Pros: Klein und trotzdem alles vorhanden, inklusive Bolkon mit schöner Aussicht. Cons: Matratzen könnten besser sein auch der Topper konnte nicht so sehr verbessern. Leider konnte man das Einzimmer-Appartment nicht abdunkeln zum entspannten Ausschlafen.

Pros: Es war alles, was man je brauchen könnte, vorhanden Cons: Es war nicht möglich, die Bettbezüge und Handtücher in der Fewo zu erhalten. Deswegen mußten wir mit 3 Koffern in der Bahn fahren....

Pros: Meine Tochter und ich waren rundum super-happy mit dieser zauberhaft gemütlichen kleinen Wohnung mit viel Ruhe, tollem Blick auf Ostsee und den Hafen. Der Wohn- Schlafraum sowie das Bad sind maritim und modern renoviert. In der kleinen Küche findet man alles, was man benötigt. Beste Lage für Spaziergänge, baden, geniessen... Vielen Dank an Familie Aalrust!
