Ein richtig schöner Urlaub

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus, die Lage, die Umgebung sind einfach perfekt für entspannte Tage an der Ostsee. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt.

Dieses Haus benötigt Wartung.

Das Haus entspricht weitesgehend den Bildern, das die Sauna nicht bebildert ist hat seinen Grund. Die Sofas wurden erneuert, die Matratzen waren gut, Bäder waren gut gereinigt. Sauberkeit der Böden war eher mangelhaft, unter dem Sofa wurde länger nicht gesaugt. Das WLan sowie alle Elektrogeräte waren nicht angeschlossen, Nach Anschluss lief aber alles gut. Das Haus war nur minimum geheizt als wir ankamen, Aussentemperatur -4 zu dem Zeitpunkt. Der Kühlschrank brummt sehr laut . Den Kamin mussten wir reparieren, die Luftzufuhr war aus der Verschraubung gezogen und die Scheibe haben wir selbst wieder klar gewischt, (Zeitungspapier und Asche das ist kein Hexenwerk!) Die Küchenausstattung benötigt dringend ein update, es gab kein einziges echtes Küchenmesser und nur ein einziges Schneidebrett. Töpfe Teller Gläser ok. Becher leider nur wenige. Die Deko ist Geschmackssache, uns hat es nicht überzeugt. Die Sauna befindet sich nebst Waschmaschine und Heizung im Abstellraum und ist mit einer mittelgroßen Person vollständig befüllt. Sauna und Waschmaschine hängen an einem Münzautomaten. (Ehrlich jetzt? Bei dem Mietepreis?) Die Dusche im EG ist verstopft und das Bad riecht güllig nach Abfluss, die Duschabtrennung im OG klemmt und lässt sich nur schwer schieben. Der Wasserfilter ist voll mit grünem Belag... Im Aussenbereich hängen die Lampen schief und den Schuppen zum Müll bekommt man nur noch mit roher Gewalt auf. Die Haustür schließt nicht gut und der Schlüssel läßt sich kaum drehen. Die Straßenbeleuchtung ist enorm hell, selbst bei geschlossenen Vorhängen hat man das Gefühl es leuchtet jemand mit der Taschenlampe rein. Der Kurpark ist eine Ferienhaussiedlung, nur das niemand erwartet dort auf Einheimische zu treffen. Kurzum, für so viel Geld haben wir auf Rügen schon besser gewohnt. Nicht falsch verstehen bitte aber mit einem guten Hausmeister und geringem Invest hat man alle Probleme inerhalb eines Tages behoben. An anderen Dingen lässt sich nichts ändern aber die Sauna im Abstellraum müss erwähnt werden, das hat mit Wellness nix zu tun...

Erholsamer Urlaub garantiert

Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem ordentlich gepflegtem Haus. Auf kleine Probleme, die aber nicht der Rede wert waren wurde umgehend reagiert....Klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine prima Zeit. Das Einzige um es komplett perfekt zu machen wären Insektengitter an Fenstern und der Terrassentür.

Schöner Urlaub in Glowe.Ein Wehmutstropfen im Haus war keine Internetverbindung. Trotzdem jederzeit wieder.
