Dog feces and cigarette butts everywhere, mold growing on bathroom walls, 1 inch gap above room door, bottom door hinge loose, door sill split, outside wood trim rotting and falling apart, housecleaning carts and tools parked outside, housecleaning personnel standing in front of rooms smoking.

My reservation was confirmed and when I arrived at 1am to check in they told me my room was taken. NO other hotels in town at that time so after waiting for the manager to answer his phone for almost an hour and never did, I had to drive home at 2pm. They still charged my credit card and now I am trying to get my money back. HORRIBLE ADMINISTRATION!!

The rest at Motel 6 was at the right place at the right time. After long driving in snow showers and blocked roads, I needed a place to sleep at night. Thanks to travelocity.com and the motel 6, I got a good night sleep and continued my travel first thing in the morning.

So when we check in and where given our room key we went to the room ready to relax after a very long day on the road walk into the room and all you see is a mess every where. Try to call front deck room phone does not work. The next room the towel does not work. Then it's back to the other room which they promised to clean quickly. The staff spent more time joking and talking with other people than they where about cleaning. They left a dirty rag in the room they cleaned and when I went to call the front desk again still no working phone. Very unhappy and wanting my money back.

check in was easy and pleasant and fast. others with me agreed with me as we were all tired. room was clean and pleasant to be in. no problems encountered.
