I was very disappointed in our room. We were stuck in an attic. I paid 450.00 for the room plus 40 for parking! The room had all kinds of weird angles.It was easy to hit your head. I had booked the room early around february maybe march. It was a deluxe room with the king size bed. Looking at the size of the rooms on the map we have the smallest room available. Going to the main hotel for dinner was a great experience. I feel like we got ripped off at the Bretton Arms!

Great property next to the big hotel. Super quiet, super friendly front desk personnel. The restaurant is really good and the price is excellent. The grounds are something else, specially the path between this hotel and main one. On the negative perhaps the AC could be updated for a quieter split, it would wake you up every times the compressor kicks in.

Less expensive than the mount Washington resort but shares all the amenities. Wonderful staff. Nice included continental breakfast. Easy access to the Mount Washington resort. We do suspect our room may have been haunted but could have just been squirrels on the roof but then again.

We stayed here while hiking Mt. Washington. The staff was very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations and property amenities, and the overall grounds and building aesthetics were quite nice (around an 8/10). Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. While the sheets were clean, the mattress was uncomfortable with a lot of bounce and springs. The carpet did not appear fully vacuumed, and the shower made a loud squealing noise when in use. The room also had a musty odor, with lingering hints of smoke, which was disappointing. In addition, there was no central air—only a window unit—which made the room feel warm and stuffy. Overall, while the staff and property exterior were great, the condition of the room was more in line with a 4/10 compared to the much higher ratings I had seen prior to booking. If you’re looking for a better room experience in the area, I’d recommend choosing the Presidential Wing of the main Omni Hotel, which offers more of a true 3–4 star sleeping experience.

Beautiful hotel and resort. Very comfortable room. Outstanding “continental breakfast “ which was plentiful and more than ordinary offerings. Staff and service personnel were extraordinarily ingratiating and helpful. Special shoutout to Dennis and Leah. Strongly recommend this resort and the entire facility. The mountains and weather are ideal for vacation for all ages.

There’s no room service available at the Inn so after 4 days the trash was overflowing. We also ran out of toilet paper. Also, breakfast used to be so much better. They reduced the offerings of the continental breakfast and started offering items a la carte which is all fine but for the price, I’d expect at least some basic bread and butter at the buffet. It was a bit disappointing this time.
