The pool is the natural gathering point on warm days, surrounded by native landscaping, loungers, and lush gardens with seating for 10. Light up the Sedona gas grill for a long, sun-soaked lunch—or head out after dark for a stargazing swim. The lap pool is solar-heated during the warmer months and sits just outside the primary suite. The $42 charge listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property.
