Room was clean but carpets were musty and everything seemed very old - sure the lobby was updated and remodeled - the same attention needs to be paid to the rest of the facility. Pub was lively and fun - breakfast was as expected.

Staff were very friendly breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel for ages. The bar was lovely.If there was one fault a blind should be installed at the window otherwise the curtains had to be drawn.

Two night break

No water in room. No shampoo or conditioner or shower cap. Shower in bath so elderly mother nxt door couldn’t have a shower. Bit of walk to town so had to take car. Otherwise staff nice and helpful. Room nice and beds very comfy.
