Enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. The pool is warm and the slide is fun. Free hot drinks in the lobby all day. But the rooms are not the most cleanly, there was old cheesestring, candy, etc in the carpet. The mattresses are not very comfy at all, reminded me of an old school spring mattress from 1992. Would stay there again though.

We enjoyed the water slide, but the chlorine was very strong. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a little grubby, surfaces could have been wiped down and the bathroom floor should have been cleaned.

Pros: friendly staff, easy parking, pool and hot tub, rooms were respectfully clean. The staff were very professional, polite and all had great positive attitudes. Cons: -pool closes at 10 pm and opens at 8:00 am. I’m an early riser and a 6:30-7:00 am hot tub would have been nice. Also they could have adult swim time from 10:00-11:00. -The continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. Hard boiled eggs were boiled for probably 10 hours, the ham was cardboard, scrambled eggs were chewy and bland, muffins were all dry and the juice dispenser for all flavours were watered down. The room for the most part was acceptable except the cracked tile on the bottom right of room 324, caulking is failing in the shower, didn’t provide enough blankets or pillows for a 4 person room. -Upon booking the staff should pre stock rooms with more bedding, towels and pillows for a 4 person stay. - If your gonna have a free continental breakfast I know it’s free but rather then having 15 items that are terrible quality and not cooked properly, reduce your item number and have 8-10 quality breakfast items. Overall I’ll rate this stay 6.6/10
