Situated on the promontory of the "Riviera dei Tramonti"; overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, from which you can observe an infinite horizon and admire a stupendous panorama of the Gulf of Lamezia and the Aeolian Islands, with spectacular sunsets. Ideal for seaside holidays, open-air walks, fun and entertainment, cheerfulness and conviviality.

The villa is on two levels. Ground floor: living/dining room, complete kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, charming covered veranda and access ladder to the garden on the south side. First floor: bedroom with double bed + 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds + 1 bedroom with 4 single bunk beds, bathroom with bath/shower, large livable terrace on the south side and small terrace on the north side. The building has total thermal insulation of the external surfaces (walls and roof) with natural cork panels positioned in the air space of the air chambers and the ventilated roof structure; the external window and door frames are made of pre-painted aluminium with open joint and double-glazing. The villa is surrounded by a large garden, very nice and well-kept, with lawn, lighting and accessories: outdoor shower, barbecue, deckchairs, etc.. On the north side there is a huge wooden porch with a large table, chairs, etc.. The space is completely fenced with hedges and plants, has a pedestrian access and a driveway, with parking space.
The unit is entirely for the exclusive and private use of Guests for the duration of their stay. There are no shared spaces and/or to be shared with other people.

Guests have access to all areas of the facility, with the exception of the basement, which is used as a service room. Guests can fully enjoy all the loft spaces, which are spacious, comfortable, functional and versatile.

Villa Apogeo is located within a small tourist-residential village, but is completely autonomous, independent and private. In front of the villa runs a beautiful panoramic road with pavements and an area dedicated to games and sports activities. The beach is about 1 km away, is mostly free and it is easy to find parking for vehicles. There are, however, several well-equipped bathing beaches and the nearest town is about 2.5 km away. The urban agglomeration of Gizzaeria Lido/Falerna Marina has a beautiful seafront promenade, where there are numerous public places, such as bars, ice-cream parlours, pastry shops, pubs, breweries, restaurants, pizzerias, children's playgrounds, etc. The town centre is served by all kinds of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. etc. In any case, a vehicle is highly recommended for travel
