Unser Italienurlaub

Der Check-in war unproblematisch. Einfach und sehr angenehm. Unser Vermieter Renzo nahm uns persönlich in Empfang und hat auch im Vorfeld schon mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen.Küchenausstattung war gut und eigentlich alles vorhanden. Sehr schön war auch, dass wir am Abend draussen auf der Terrasse das Abendessen einnehmen konnten.Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde. Danke Renzo

La casa è in un'ottima posizione ma...

Giulianova è un posto gradevole con ampie spiagge e una vivace vita serale. La casa si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia attrezzata e dalla spiaggia libera e questo è il suo punto di forza. Avevamo prenotato e pagato dal 18/8 al 1/9/2024 ma l’appartamento era libero solo dal 19/8, dopo una breve trattativa col proprietario ci siamo accordati per la restituzione del costo di un giorno in contanti al nostro arrivo (piccola seccatura). L’asse del water di uno dei 2 bagni era tagliata e si muoveva, un idraulico la ha fissata ma dopo un giorno è tornata come prima (piccola seccatura). Al 5° giorno uno dei 2 split del condizionatore ha iniziato a perdere acqua, l’intervento di un tecnico ha risolto il problema (piccola seccatura). Il doccino di uno dei 2 bagni non rimane fisso sull’asta che lo sostiene e se siete alti fare la doccia è un’impresa (piccola seccatura). L’appartamento è una mansarda al terzo piano e per arrivarci occorre fare 64 gradini, ma il timer della luce del giroscale è impostato a circa 30 secondi e in questo breve lasso di tempo si arriva a metà delle scale (piccola seccatura). In cucina la zona dei fuochi e del lavandino è sovrastata da una cappa molto sporgente e se siete alti più di 170 cm è impossibile far da mangiare senza prendere delle craniate sulla cappa (grossa seccatura). Al piano di sotto vive la famiglia del fratello del proprietario con 3 bambini dai 2 ai 6 anni particolarmente vivaci, per usare un eufemismo, se l’avessimo saputo non saremmo

L'appartamento è curato e molto spazioso, ideale per una famiglia o 2 coppie. Comodo al mare e con una passeggiata di pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro. Il Sig. Renzo è stato gentilissimo fornendoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie sia prima che durante il soggiorno, rendendosi disponibile in qualsiasi momento per rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ottime affidabilità ed ospitalità. Grazie di tutto.

Giulianova Lido: GREAT APARTMENT

We had a great holiday at Renzo's and Antonia's apartment. The apartment was cozy and clean, and close to the beach. The reception by renzo and antonia was very warm with a delicious glass prosecco. Tantissima cortesia

Siamo arrivati io e mio figlio a Giulianova il 1 agosto alle 16 dopo 8 ore di viaggio. Ci aspettavano Renzo e sua moglie, due persone squisite ed estremamente cortesi. Ci hanno accolto con una bottiglia di prosecco e una di the fresco per rinfrancarci dal lungo viaggio. L’appartamento è davvero grazioso e pulito. Due camere matrimoniali e due bagni. Due balconi ti permettono di vedere sia il mare che il Gran Sasso. Ci hanno prestato le loro biciclette. Troppo gentili. A loro e alla loro famiglia va il nostro abbraccio.

Séjour très agréable !

Appartement calme, spacieux, bien équipé, proche des commerces et de la mer avec une belle terrasse. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Giulianova. Peut-être songer à changer la literie secondaire pour un confort optimal.
