Stayed over the xmas break and really enjoyed this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. The room had a fridge and a little kitchenette. Honestly was very impressed.

Staff was exceptional: so kind, friendly, patient, and helpful. They went above and beyond loaning my 87 year old uncle a phone charger, patiently listening to his requests, doing searches and printing out pages of directions for him.

Friendly staff, spacious room, and close proximity to my business conference. However, my bathroom smelled like mildew and the shower wand didn’t work. The hotel is a bit on the older side than I’m used to, but in a small town like Gilford, it matches the aesthetic. I’ve heard other options aren’t as great, so I will likely end up staying again next year. The staff are very attentive to your needs, though, and I had no other issues with my stay. I would have reported the bathroom issues to them, but I had a tight schedule and it was minor enough that it didn’t really matter to me in the end.
