From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. The setting is stunning, the grounds are beautiful and expertly maintained. If you’re looking for a place to stay at in Lombok that’s a true indulgence and focused on making you feel like a VIP, as well as closer to North Lombok, the waterfalls and of course easily accessible to the Gili Islands, the Oberoi is it! Amazing service and food! Everything was taken care of before I could even ask. I traveled solo and they were sure to make me feel so welcome and pampered. Their chef Ansel is just the best. Each and every single dish I had was just phenomenal. They even sent me a recipe for one when I told them it was heaven! The activities from the hotel were so good as well. Convenient and reasonably priced. I had four spa treatments and each left me in complete relaxation and just…light. The property is clean and well taken care of. Their tea time at 4:30 is a full on spread. They have cocktails at happy hour which are buy one get one….and so many other things just complimentary for their guests. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Lombok. What you get for your money is incredible.

The Oberoi set the standard for future vacations. Staff went above and beyond and always greeted us with a smile. The property was beautiful with amazing amenities. Our villa was a perfect retreat. Peaceful Paradise

I was fortunate enough to stay at the Oberoi in Lombok, late December/early January 2023, and what a wonderful experience on every level. The Oberoi team are extremely attentive and focus on you as an individual. The team are professional, friendly, kind and really ensure you enjoy your experience. The resort itself, the rooms are spectacular, the grounds are beautiful and very peaceful– it felt like I had the place to myself even though I was not the only guest. I did manage to experience the spa - and WOW I will be going back for more! Finally, I got a little sick in the first few days of travel (I had had a long trip) – and I’d like to say a huge THANK YOU again to the team for taking care of me and calling a nurse when I tried to soldier on. I will now start planning my next visit to the Oberoi in Lombok 😊

Awesome resort

One of my favorite places ever. The serve was impeccable, the food delicious, and the room amazing. We were upgraded to an ocean view villa with its own walled courtyard and gazebo. The grounds were immaculate. The airport transfer was so handy, the driver, safe and friendly.

Perfect paradise

This has to be one of the best resorts I have stayed at. Everything was perfect...staff were absolutely amazing. I felt like royalty . This resort is perfect if you wish a quiet relaxing holiday. our room was a ocean view room which was perfect. Every aspect of this resort was fantastic.
