This retreat blends classic charm with modern luxury, perfect for families or groups seeking a cozy atmosphere after outdoor fun. First Floor: The first floor offers a variety of inviting spaces, including a bright formal living room with cozy seating and a 75-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. The casual family room provides a comfortable spot for conversations, reading, or board games. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, ideal for preparing simple meals or snacks. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room seats eight, making it great for family meals or special dinners. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

Second Floor: Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed, which is usually suitable for children. Two rooms have TVs, and all include window AC units for summer comfort. The master suite offers an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and separate shower, providing a relaxing space after outdoor activities.

Additional amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, multiple fans, a washer and dryer, private backyard seating, outdoor on-site parking, and extra driveway space for your boat or winter gear. Covered parking is occasionally available—please reach out to the host if needed. A nespresso machine is also provided for a warm coffee fix.

Security: For your safety, there are four outdoor cameras located at the driveway, garage, front patio, and backyard. These cameras will remain on and recording throughout your stay.

Please note that the basement is not accessible to guests as it is unfinished.

Comfortable, near mountain accommodations

We were in town for a week long youth ski racing event and selected this property based on the proximity to Gunstock (7-8min drive), pictures of the property and reviews. The host was helpful, welcoming and responsive. The home was well-kept, spacious and comfortable for our family. Bonus- my kids LOVED the tree house in the yard. We would definitely return if in the area again!

Lovely Property & Attentive Host! Quiet area near EVERYTHING the Lakes Region has to offer!

We had to make a quick pivot from another property and this one fit the bill. Perfect size, all the amenities and the host was on top of everything. Plenty of activities for the kids, 2 extra bedrooms for the sitter and a friend. It's a very short drive to everything. Ellacoya, Weirs Beach, the Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion, Meredith. It's all right there. Communication with the host was instant and always positive. They were there for every one of our questions and even gave us some good recommendations. We will absolutely be staying here again without a doubt. Lovely property and attentive host. No details overlooked!!
