In the heart of the Aosta Valley, just three kilometers from the city of Aosta, you'll find a house that was once a simple stable, sheltering animals and tools. In 2009, this historic building, a witness to rural traditions, was completely renovated, preserving its rustic charm while introducing modern comforts. Today, what was once a stable has become a welcoming holiday home.



Surrounded by greenery, meadows, and woods, the house offers a peaceful atmosphere, accompanied by the relaxing sound of the Buthier river flowing nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bright living room opens onto breathtaking views.



The true highlight is the shared terrace with barbecue—an ideal spot to relax, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the peace of the surrounding nature. From here, the mountain views are spectacular, and the valley’s silence is broken only by birdsong and the river.



The bedroom is in the attic, typical of a mountain home, with varying ceiling heights and sloping eaves. There is a double bed (140x190 cm) and two single beds (80x190 cm each), so you can choose the most comfortable arrangement.



The location is perfect for exploring the Aosta Valley. It’s just a 15-minute drive from the cable car to the ski area and 20 minutes from a resort famous for its cross-country and downhill slopes. Whether you love winter sports or nature, this house is the ideal base for any adventure.

Total relax

Pros: The road getting to the house is very easy, I recommend you to follow the video that Nadir will send you once you have booked. Nadir was very kind, friendly and helpful, he welcomed us with a smile and good humor. The house is immersed in a green paradise, a breathtaking view with the background sound of the hypnotizing nearby stream, and the enchanting sound of the birds ... The house is equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing stay in the middle of nature. We took beautiful walks among the trees and villages. The house is 10 minutes by car from Aosta very convenient to reach all the services if needed ... Highly recommended and I think we will return Cons: Nothing

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras

Pros: De host was erg aardig en behulpzaam. We genoten het meest van het terras met beerlijke stoelen en zicht op de bergen. Prima uitvalsbasis voor bergwandelingen, wel met auto heenrijden. Dichtbij de stad Aosta maar op heerlijk rustige plek. Je hoort alleen de rivier. Cons: Alles was goed maar de slaapverdieping was open dus je moet wel hetezelfde ritme hebben als je reispartner.

La casa un vero gioiellino; sembra di stare quasi in una baita. Ambiente pulitissimo, rifornito di tutto il necessario. Una bellissima terrazza (ove puoi prendere il sole o consumare il tuo pasto) che si affaccia sulle cime del monte Emilius e la Becca di Nona. Panorama bellissimo. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo ponte del 1 maggio. Il silenzio ci ha ritemprato e ricaricato di energie. Vivamente consigliato Cons: Nulla
