Family friendly vacation rental

This property is conveniently located close to the intestate, airport, and UPenn. It sleeps 10 people across the 2 floors and basement with remolded kitchen and baths! Green and spacious backyard is a charm.

We had 8 people in our group, and the house fit us all comfortably with a few air mattresses in the basement. The large TV downstairs was perfect for watching Saturday and Sunday football games. The HVAC worked great and kept the whole house comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen both looked recently remodeled, which was a big plus for our group since we were in town for a hockey tournament. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of parking space for our 6 vehicles. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, a great spot that worked really well for our group.

Location was perfect for the event we were in town for. Quiet neighborhood. There were enough rooms/beds/bathrooms to accommodate our group and the kitchen had the necessities. The shower in the basement needs new sealant (the corner where the shower meets the sink) - water pools on the floor and soaks any bathroom mat or towel. King bed on the first floor could be replaced - it was soft and uncomfortable. Otherwise a house with a lot of charm.

Christmas in NJ

Absolutely loved the property. It was perfect for my family thisbpast Christmas. We all were able to gather and spend time together. It honestly felt like being home. We had our family dogs with and the back yard was just wonderful! It was so nice to not have to take the dogs on a leash to go out at night or early morning. Would definitely recommend this house as a safe, beautiful, and comfortable home away from home. Thank you so much. -Sierra

Not well prepared

The house was 57 degrees when we arrived and took until the middle of the night to warm up adequately. We used one of the heaters that was provided, but it tripped a fuse. It took a couple of hours for someone to call us back and give us the code to get to the fuse box to reset it. It is a well maintained home and has a nice basement space. There was a lot of on site parking.
