Nestled just a stone’s throw from the lakeshore, this modern holiday apartment is perfect to enjoy a laid-back vacation with family or friends. It features a lovely sun-bathed terrace, where you can lounge and soak up the timeless beauty of the lake-mountain scenery. The terrace also has a removable sunshade to unwind any time of the day and you can indulge in barbecued delicacies with a drop of wine here. Besides this, guests have access to a lush pool area with sun-loungers and a tennis court to complete a memorable vacation.

Inside, the third-floor apartment has a beautiful, open-plan living room complete with air-conditioning, a sofa bed, Smart-SAT-TV, and a classy dining corner with an equipped kitchenette. Essential kitchen appliances like a microwave, oven, coffee machine, fridge, and toaster are at your disposal to ensure that your holiday is comfortable and carefree.

Only guests who will book before the 22nd April 2023 will have the pool included as the guest will be inserted into a list, after this date pool access will only be possible at a charge of 10€ per day per person.

Location

The holiday apartment is located just a few steps from a refreshing dip at the beach that can be enjoyed for free any time of the day and is complemented by a bar and toilets. It also has a couple of lakeshore restaurants within 15-minutes\' walking distance and supermarkets within a 5-7 minute drive to facilitate a carefree self-catered stay.

In the surrounding area, visitors can soak up diverse and memorable views of the lake whilst hiking, trekking, or visiting the observation decks; the closest hiking area and Monte Morissolo are a 25-minute drive from here, meanwhile, Terrazza Panorama is a 10-minutes drive away. The famous and UNESCO-protected heritage site of Sacro Monte is also just 10 minutes from here.

Other popular towns like Baveno and Stresa are within a 30-minutes drive from here. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, located at 70 minutes\' drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
