Wonderfully equipped property. The stone fireplace with dry firewood was a highlight and puts this property on top along with the extremely dog friendly setup and welcome for our pets. Beautiful waterfront. All very cozy in a Maine snowstorm that created a wonderful ambiance. Great location.....private but close to everything. Reid State Park a must visit for a beach walk even in winter.

Sweet, well maintained cottage on a lovely property. Well equipped, everything was well marked making it easy to find everything. Wonderful wraparound deck with plenty of seating. Sara is an exceptional host, excellent communication throughout our stay. Wiggleswick was the most dog-friendly property we've ever rented although we did not have a pet with us. She would have loved it here, our little Boo passed away earlier this year. Great spot for wildlife - we observed Bald eagles, wild turkeys, white-tailed deer, scoters, loons, and more!

This home is so very cozy and tastefully decorated. Everything is labeled as to what is in drawers and cupboards, etc. Sara is one of the nicest and most accommodating hosts we have experienced. We highly recommend this property.

A magical property to enjoy some peace and quiet on coast of Maine. The house is beautifully situated with easy access to the dock, water views from the wrap around porch, and a cozy well- appointed indoor space. We loved picking up oysters from Eros and shucking them at the house after a day at Popham. Sara is a very thoughtful host and hasn’t overlooked a single detail. Our dogs loved using the guest dog tags, beds, and toy basket. If you’re looking for an authentic Maine getaway, staying at the Wiggleswick is a must!

Great Family Getaway !!!

Perfect Maine Coast Escape

Beautiful home on Maine sea coast. Warm cabin feel with amazing attention to detail - the host truly thought of everything for both humans and pets. Short 20 minute drive to historic downtown Bath was also a plus.

Amazing vacation!!

What a beautiful property to kick back and relax!! Extremely cozy, you felt right at home. Sara is an impeccable host, from having the lights and music playing while entering the house to the doggy goody bag for our pups with some baked goods for the humans too!!

Beyond Expectations

Our family had a perfect stay at this beautiful Maine home. We enjoyed playing games, going shopping at Freeport, eating dinner at The Osprey, playing badminton, and just enjoying sitting outside listening to the birds and the ocean. Could not have asked for anything more.

Wonderful Stay at Wigglewick Cottage

We’ve just spent a wonderful week in Maine. The cottage is very comfortable and the enjoying breakfast on the deck is fantastic. Sara was super helpful before, during and after our stay. She’s a wonderful guest. If you are looking for a remote place where you can enjoy the sea side, we would certainly recommend it.

Beautiful home and relaxing views. The communication was excellent from the booking to the after the visit. The draws and lights were all tagged. Dog beds and treats for the fur babies. Reid state park was only a few miles away. Cannot wait to go make a return trip back.

Summer at Wiggleswick Cottage - truly spectacular! Sara is a lovely host who thought of every single thing a human or dog could need while staying at her picturesque retreat. She is an excellent communicator and we felt like we were in our home away from home. The location is stunning, the home is comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Highly recommend a stay at beautiful Wiggleswick! We hope to be return visitors very soon. Thank you Sara for cultivating such a relaxing atmosphere.

Winter wonderland

Ten stars for Wiggleswick’s Cottage and our time in Maine. The host was communicative and the house was immaculate. The property is lovely and the house amenities are top notch. I highly recommend this home for families with dogs. And I’m sure it is just as good in the summer as it is in the winter. We definitely want to return!

Authentic Lobster Town

Beautiful, clean, well equipped home. Thoughtful label throughout make it easy to find everything you need. The ocean cove is within easy walking distance at the end of the property, and large lawns. The surrounding community is genuinely a lobstering town, with beautiful larger towns not too distant.

Wonderful cabin

We came to Georgetown for a family emergency and this cabin was just what we needed. We were able to recharge and relax. Sara went above and beyond to get us in and even left us a sweet card and treats. Lots of little touches all over the house. Highly recommend

Exceptional

We were blown away from the second we created the hill to the property. Sara goes above and beyond to give her guests a fun and memorable experience. Yard games, a beautiful lawn, a very well kept home, welcome gifts for us and our two dogs. She answered questions quickly. We couldn't be more happy with the vacation we had at Wiggleswick!

Absolute Best of Maine

We completely recommend Wiggleswick and have booked for 3 years in the early Fall. It is a great family vacation spot and we have had many wonderful experiences there. Reid State Park is great for sunning, hiking and climbing on the rocks ! Especially after a delicious breakfast at Mae's in Bath. The house is clean and furnished so well! We love Sara the Hostess with the most generous and outgoing personality! If you need something...just ask and she will do her best to accommodate your request! You won't find a better place to enjoy !!

Excellent cottage and location

We had a great stay at Wiggleswick cottage! Our 3yo son enjoyed the cottage and running outside. We also played fun games outside which are provided by the owners. We enjoyed campfire, seeing boats on the water and hearing ocean waves at night. Sara was great with responding to our questions and enjoyed seeing our pictures of us enjoying her cottage and our daily trips to pumpkin farm, wild animal kingdom, Bath, Boothbay harbor and Rockland, all of which are short drive from the house. Beautiful home and the location! Thank you Sara!
