¡Espectaculares paisajes y brillantes aguas turquesas te esperan! Nos complace invitarlo a disfrutar de la lujosa casa Jolly Turtle. Nuestra casa de 2,700 pies cuadrados es de 5 habitaciones / 4. Casa de 5 baños con mucho espacio para dormir 10 cómodamente. Esperamos que encuentre nuestro hogar y lo vea tan relajante como nosotros. Disfrute de su café o cócteles junto a la piscina o pasee por la hermosa playa de arena blanca justo afuera de la puerta trasera mientras disfruta de las impresionantes vistas panorámicas. Convenientemente ubicado a solo 10 minutos del aeropuerto.

La casa privada cerrada se encuentra perfectamente escondida de Queens Highway, a solo 3 millas de Georgetown. La suite principal tiene una cama king size con su propio balcón con vista al océano. Guest master suite tiene una cama king size, 3er dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, 4to dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y el 5to dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. La cocina de concepto abierto (completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina y utensilios) le permite estar en la cocina mientras pasa tiempo con su familia / amigos en el primer piso. La sala de estar y la cocina dan a las hermosas aguas y al área de la piscina.

We absolutely loved our stay in Exuma! The location was stunning—peaceful, private, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The home was ideal for our group of four couples, with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom, making the stay extremely comfortable and relaxing.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals together, and we especially appreciated having access to two cars at the house—it made exploring the island so easy and convenient. The view from the house was simply amazing, and we spent many mornings and evenings just soaking it all in. Our host, Derek, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions before our arrival and making sure we felt prepared. During our stay, the house manager, Janet, was wonderful—always available and quick to assist with anything we needed.This property truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped place to enjoy Exuma with friends or family.

On the beach

The house itself was large enough to fit us all comfortably. The bedding and furniture was comfortable.There is about 10 feet of rocks to get step through to get to the sandy part of the ocean so that was a little tricky for older and younger people but we did and the water and ocean are wonderful beyond that.Two cars are provided but only one is useable in my opinion. One of the cars shook so bad we pulled over to see if we had a flat tire, something is definitely wrong and I did end up renting another car as we needed two but it’s still a good deal to get even one car for your vacation.Derek and Janet were super nice.

Absolutely loved the house. Clean, great location close town/grocery stores/water taxis. The small reef out in front of the house was perfect for the kids as they could touch the entire time and gave peace of mind for parents. The pool was a life saver. Only minor issues were the 2 cars….battery died in one, which is was quickly remedied and replaced. Derek was very responsive the entire stay.

Our family of 10 had a terrific stay North of Georgetown! Owner communication was great, host was accommodating and the house rented left nothing to be desired. The vehicles, that also carried 10 of us, were extremely helpful in seeing the island. Hard to imagine a better rental! Friendly locals too! Not a frown own the island! Come and enjoy for yourself!

Great Time at Jolly Turtle

The Jolly Turtle House had everything our group needed for a great vacation! There was ample room for our group of 9. The pool and use of water toys is great and the gas grill was nice for when we stayed at the house to cook. Derek was extremely responsive and very helpful! He helped us arrange rides to and from the airport to the property. The use of the cars as part of the house is such a great perk of this property!

Family Vacation 2025

Our stay at the Jolly Turtle was amazing! The house had all the amenities needed and was clean. We used the pool and kayaks numerous days while there! Close to the grocery store and the use of the vehicles was such a help. Janet was there to greet some of our family because we had flight delay issues and Patrick picked them up and was there to get us back to the airport on time. we can't wait to get back to the island and explore more of it. Family had a great time!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

My family and I just got back from Exuma and I’m already itching to go back! Derek was an amazing host and was very attentive to any concerns or issues we had. The house is spectacular. We were a family of 10, including a 1 year old, and we were all extremely pleased. We had access to two cars which made our trip much easier. I would like to personally thank Derek and Janet for their kind hospitality. We cannot wait to book again for next year! A definite must stay home. You won’t regret it.

Can’t wait to return!

The Jolly Turtle house was absolutely amazing. The listing photos do not do this house and location justice. The greatest snorkeling and water right in the back yard! The house accommodated 10 of us perfectly and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the market, stores and restaurants. The owner Derek was a pleasure to work with and so was the house keeper Janet. We are sad to leave and can’t wait to plan our next trip back to the Jolly Turtle!!! 10/10 BOOK THIS HOUSE!!

We had a great time at The Jolly Turtle in Exuma. The owner Derek and house manager Janet were very helpful and responsive. The house has everything you need including kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, pool toys. Usage of the cars was a big plus. We had the best time!

Great location

Jolly turtle is in a really great location- central to everything! Beautiful views and great water activities right out the back door. House was clean and comfortable, host was super easy to communicate with. We will definitely be going back!! Highly recommend this property!

Exuma Jolly Turtle House- Excellence in Paradise

We are a multi generational family of 8 visiting Exuma for the first time. The Super Host and Housekeeper made our 2 week stay absolutely perfect.We were picked up at the airport (plus all our luggage) and brought promptly to the Jolly Turtle House. Beautiful view of Hoopers Bay through the sliders. Seems like the ocean was feet from the living room! BBQ was great, pool was clean and fun for the younger ones and there were numerous sea toys to use. The Housekeeper was terrific on our return flight as it was delayed multiple times. She accomodated our transport time back to the airport 3 times due to a delayed flight with cheerful support. Also the Housekeeper arranged a day to see the swimming pigs and this worked out great for the family. The house is close to George Town and most important amenities. Great experience!

Even better in person! Would stay again!

The host made everything so simple and helpful! We even ended up having to be delayed an extra day and they still went over and beyond making our check in with ease. This house has it all! All the fun toys for the kids and adults. We loved the little rock island to kayack and snorkle to daily. Its nice shallow so my friends eight year old went on his own! The location was perfect. A couple minutes from everything you would need as well as the airport. I would say them having two cars to rent as well made our trip seamless since we had six adults and two kids. The rooms were perfect! NICE when we can all enjoy a king size bed! Truly a perfect experience. The home was filled with everything youd need from cooking to family games we had a blast every day and night! Will def stay here again!

Pic of property very misleading!!

the house was extremely nice and the property owner was very helpful. Janet was amazing even with everything she had going on!! The only complaint we had was the beach that is showing in the pic of the house. the beach is all rock, no where to lay and relax and no where for a kid to play on the beach. however, there was a nice place with sand around the patio. just no beach access unless you wanted to wade through the rock. overall was a great house to stay in.

Welcome to paradise

The house looks even better in person than in the photos, it was clean spacious, had everything you could need or want and the whole process from booking to checkout was easy and stress free. The location was really convenient and there was great snorkeling just off the backyard. I can’t wait to stay there again

Few hiccups but owner saved it from catastrophe.

Was picked up from airport which was a big help as the house includes use of 2 vehicles. Vehicle had a mechanical issue going back to the house. We made lemonade from the lemons as we arrived early at the rental and were allowed to hang in one of the rooms while the housecleaners cleaned from the prior visitors. After they left, we found the house to be quite sandy all over and house didnt really come with some necessities: ie toilet paper , paper towels, dishwasher soap , things we were accustomed to in a price range as this. There were plenty of beach towels and bathing towels throughout. The homeowner made some adjustments due to some vehicle issues and took care of our problems 100%. During the stay some “maintenance” was done and the water got turned off. We figured out what happened and rectified the issue. Overall thou ….. very pleased with the property …. The pool was refreshing , the use of all the beach toys was perfect. Tons of space for entertaining a party of 6 adults. I would recommend the property and again thanks to the owners for use of the backup vehicle. You really came thru and fixed things as our needs shifted.

Great Place

The pictures do not do this house justice. The house is gorgeous but the view of the ocean is incredible! We enjoyed the pool and the ocean views. The house is in a great location and the use of the car was great, it fit 7 people. Derek let us check in early and Janet was amazing. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. I highly recommend renting this beautiful home in paradise.

Jolly Turtle House - Perfect house

Just finished a week stay at Jolly Turtle and I cannot say enough amazing things about the house, the location, Derek the owner, Janet the house manager, and our stay overall. There were 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from age 13-23 yrs. Everything you need is provided, from cookware, to beach towels, to washer dryer, to water floaties, stand up paddle boards, etc. And the extra amenities take this place above any dream. Not that you ever want to leave the amazing cove and water right outside the back door, but if you do, the pool is another great place to hang out. Derek the owner was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had, and Janet the house manager is absolutely lovely and available by text or just stopping by if you need (she helped us figure out how to get the Nuggets play offs on the tv when we couldn’t get it from our cable service from the states). All promises, you will love this house!!

Absolutely beautiful area!

We had a great time at the Jolly Turtle. The house is right on the beach, and our own private pool. The owner has paddle boards, kayaks, floats, all you need to have an amazing stay. There was plenty of bedrooms for Our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Janet the caretaker was amazing (grandkids gave her a hug when we were leaving). If you needed anything all you had to do was call her. I can’t say enough good things about our family vacation at this place. Absolutely loved it. Would recommend to anyone. One of the best spring breaks we’ve had.

perfect stay

Everything was great. Excellent communication with host and local support. Pick-up and drop-off at airport a nice bonus convenience. The included car for use another great convenience and value. We were only two adults but house very well set up for large family/families or multiple couples. Great location - close to amenities, central to beaches at both ends of the island. Very easy to get around. Beach not quite as sandy as the picture looks but provides lots of paddle boards/kayaks/snorkeling gear to enjoy the water easily.

AMAZING!!!!!!!

First we want to say Thankyou! We had an amazing stay in your worry free Island Time Waterfront Home. The Jolly Turtle home comes with rental cars which Thankyou again, was a godsend. The large living, kitchen, dining areas made our stay comfortable for 8 adults. Derek and Janet were amazing!!! Very helpful and welcomed us like we were family. We were all first timers to the Island and hope to return again. Our advice on must see activities: make sure to catch the mile long sandbar at low tide, some deep-sea fishing, and check out the Island beaches! You'll never see tropical aqua water colors anywhere else. A must next time, is to have the first couple of days of grocery shopping delivered ahead of time especially if you arrive after 5pm and/or on a Tuesday or Wednesday when most restaurants are closed. Thankyou again Derek and Janet. We will return!!! We recommend the JOLLY TURTLE to be your next destination home away from home to relax and have a wonderful vacation.
