L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo storico, affaccia solo in un cavedio perciò non ha alcuna finestra alla luce diretta ed é molto umido. Pur avendo soggiornato in aprile faceva freddo. Il termoarredo presente era guasto. Gli organizzatori ce ne hanno fatto pervenire uno nuovo il giorno seguente. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato per 4, la casa era allestita per 2. Hanno provveduto a sistemare in qualche ora. La comunicazione non é male, ma un po’ disorganizzata. Ci sono alcune istruzioni a parete, alcune in un manuale che inoltrano via mail una volta fatto il check in e altre (quelle per il check out) in una mail successiva. Forse mettere tutto nello stesso posto agevolerebbe. Nel complesso si vede che hanno provato a rendere l’alloggio accogliente, la ristrutturazione é recente, la casa é ben equipaggiata, ma i problemi di umidità necessitano di un intervento più importante.
