The Space:
This private, double-story townhouse is positioned at the rear of three townhouses in the residential suburb of Norlane. Conveniently located, this townhouse is situated just off Princes Hwy, minutes from the Ring Road and 10 minutes from Geelong's main attractions.

Northside Townhouse offers an inviting and light-filled open-plan lounge and dining area along with a fully appointed kitchen downstairs, together with the convenience of a powder room, European laundry and study nook. The northerly aspect looks out to the spacious private rear courtyard featuring an outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, so you can enjoy alfresco cooking and dining with friends and family.

Upstairs features three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ensuite and walk in robe, the second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and built-in robe, and the third bedroom a double bed and built-in robe. The separate bathroom offers a toilet, vanity sink, shower and full-size bath to soak in after a day exploring the Geelong region.

The home is kept warm in winter with ducted heating throughout, and the downstairs area can be heated or cooled by the wall mounted reverse cycle split-system.
