The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar service was very slow. We waited for almost 15 minutes to order a drink. Waited another 20 minutes for it to come before we decided to walk off to find another establishment.

Lovely hotel with excellent food and very helpful staff. Situated right on the beach with its own private beach area serviced by a bar and coffee shop. Ideally situated right next to Sopot restaurants, bars, and other shops as well as the boardwalk (incl. beautiful sunsets). Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Sopot, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The entire stay was perfect—the facilities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was both comfortable and luxurious. The location of this hotel other than the Grand is superb! Absolutely love it and have stayed there few years ago. This is a very nice hotel but, it’s time for room upgrades. It’s overdue. I stayed there a few years back and it looks a bit beat up. One thing that I did dislike about this place is the amount of dogs people had. Don’t get me wrong, I love my dog and love to travel but, this was a bit much. Also, the room cleaning service needs to improve I’d give it a 2 out of 5. Breakfast fantastic, spa amazing and top on line gym!
