The outdoor area is shared with the owners’ family and is available to guests for relaxing moments. From the garden, guests can use the double kayak provided with the apartment to explore the lake freely.

The apartment is located in a convenient and well-served area: restaurants, bars, a pizzeria, and a grocery store are all within walking distance. The property is situated right at the entrance of the 27 km cycling and walking path that surrounds Lake Varese.

The location is ideal for exploring the area: in a short time, you can reach charming destinations such as Lake Maggiore with the famous Borromean Islands, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the panoramic cable car to Sasso del Ferro, the Castle of Angera, the Sacro Monte di Varese (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Lake Lugano, and Lake Monate, known for having some of the cleanest waters in Italy and perfect for summer swimming.

Within less than an hour, you can also easily reach Lake Como, Lake Orta, and the city of Milan.

THE APARTMENT

The 70 sqm apartment, located on the first floor (no elevator), enjoys triple exposure, ensuring natural light throughout the day.

The living area includes a lounge with a lake-view balcony and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle, and Italian coffee maker.

The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two single beds (one pull-out), a comfortable desk, and a practical clothes rack.

The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer; there is also a small service balcony.
