Excellent as always! The food was exceptional and extremely generous portions but also nice and healthy! The most dog friendly place I have ever stayed. It is actually more convenient than being at home with an absolutely beautiful mapped out walk by the lake on the doorstep. Staff are all really helpful and welcoming.

Spa perfection

This Hotel was imaculately clean, beautifully presented; service was exceptional, especially at reception, in the restaurant and at the spa. Having the pool and jacuzzi to myself was perfect.The only downside was that the location is a village called Petersfeld, not Garrel, which is the main town and the name of the surrounding area - this made locating the hotel a little difficult at the end of a hot and tiring day.

A great hotel situated with the added bonus of modern spa facilities. Friendly and helpful staff ensured all queries were handled quickly and effectively. The only downside/negative aspect was the lack of English menu at the restaurant - that may sound rather trivial, but it made ordering an absolute nightmare. The restaurant staff could not speak English either, so we really were ordering food completely blind.... a small detail, but one worth mentioning.

Dieses war unser zweiter Aufenthalt, aber ist definitiv unser letzter. NAchdem uns vor 2 Jahren gut gefallen hat, waren dieses Mal zu viele Mängel: - Zimmer war im Außenhaus, welches bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen war - Essens-Reservierung an Weihnachten ist "verschwunden" - Warme Dusche bei der Sauna (ggü. dem Panoramafenster außen) war def. (nicht abgestellt, denn sie hat am ersten Tag noch funktioniert) - 2,5 Std. Wartezeit bei vorbestelltem Essen ist viel zu lange - Onlinerechnung wurde nicht wie versprochen zugeschickt - Ausgewiesenes "barrierearm" im Obergeschoss ohne Fahrstuhl ist eine falsche Beschreibung - Tresor war den gesamten Aufenthalt defekt, obwohl mehrfach angemahnt

Dejlige omgivelser omkring hotellet. Efter 3 dage skulle der være rengøring, da vores håndklæder trængte til udskiftning, ligesom toiletpapiret næsten slut, satte vi den elektroniske rengøring til, uden resultat. Derfor bad vi receptionen den 4. dag om dette, det var så ikke rengøring eller opfyldning af kaffe eller opvask af kaffekopper, kun nye håndklæder og toiletpapir alt for ringe!!!
