Checking in was slightly challenging. Once there all was well. Comfortable, good price, great breakfast. Definitely a good value for a quick stop over. Another night would have been good but out time did not allow for it.

Don’t stay here

Old hotel in serious need of update. Towels were rough and the room was very small with electrical plugs not in convenient location. Hair dryer was broken and they brought another but no electrical plug where you could dry your hair near a mirror. Breakfast was okay but the restaurant food was not good. We were supposed to get discount coupons (kur pass) for the bus, we never received them and our traveling companions got theirs in the evening of second night. But all of that wasn’t the worse part. The staff at the front desk, at breakfast and in the restaurant were very rude and not friendly at all. They made you feel like you had to apologize for actually asking for service. And it wasn’t just with us, I saw them do the same to other guests. Extremely unprofessional and would NOT recommend staying here.

Nice hotel in a great location

Nice hotel in a great location. Right in the middle of Partenkirchen. Our room had awesome views of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Loved the breakfast and they did a great job complying with the new COVID rules. Only negatives: very small bath room and horrible pillows.

This hotel is your typical European hotel and was perfect!. If you’re expecting 5 star/penthouse suite, you won’t find it. The room isn’t large and that’s ok. It was a place to relax in between sight seeing and get some good sleep at night. I would definitely stay here again! The restaurant menu is pretty good as well. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Everything was good. More spacious than I was expecting, kind staff, good service. I wasn't expecting our "Mountain View" to be out of the bathroom skylight window, but it was actually a decent view once peeking out, so that evens out.

Friend trip

Great location, very clean, overall great hotel. Only concern was the limited staff.... one person working the desk, breakfast, waitress. Had to wait 30 min to check out because buffet took priority.

Perfect Christmas Stay

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Holy moly! We showed up on Christmas Eve and had an amazing stay. Every person on staff was very helpful and were happy to help us with the language and the town. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious! You also get bus passes when you stay here and those are very helpful to get around the town! Skiing here was amazing! Do the twin ticket... it is worth it! LOVED this place and can't wait to get back!

Incredible Hotel, Minus The Wifi

Loved this hotel, but with one exception: extremely slow wifi. While they had multiple wifi connections, they all appeared to be frustratingly slow and not to today's standards. Faster to use the T-Mobile cellular network to reach the web consistently. The hotel itself was perfectly located and extremely charming. Great restaurant and fantastic breakfast (even had soft-boiled eggs!). Hotel also provided a free bus pass for your stay with a bus stop right in front (to reach downtown Garmisch). So, minus wifi, loved the place, but if you are an on-the-road worker dependent on wifi, you may want to consider.

Nice hotel in quieter Partenkirchen

Hotel was a bit dated/tired in our room certainly. Not any atmosphere in restaurant and no bar area to sit and relax with a drink. A lovely area with a great chocolatier on the doorstep. Restaurant I would say is a must is Zum Whildschutz in Garmisch,but book always busy. Bus over from hotel to Garmisch.
