75 sqm apartment in the center of Villa di Gargnano with large balcony and lake view, from where you can hear the waves breaking on the piers.
The apartment is located in a newly renovated condominium overlooking a garden of common use. The building has autonomous heating for its apartments and downstairs has some cellars where you can keep your holiday equipment.
In the apartment there are respectively a bathroom with shower-massage (with radio and lights), a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a baby bed, a double bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and lake view. Kitchen and bathroom have just been installed.

Relaxing holiday

Great accommodation and a amazing place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Lots of nice shops, restaurants and walks at your doorstep and an authentic Italian experience. Highly recommended.

Wunderbarer Silvesterurlaub in Gargnano

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alles, was man zum Kochen braucht war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war sehr gut. Probleme ließen sich telefonisch klären (Vermieter spricht deutsch). Auch die Kommunikation über Whatsapp lief hervorragend. Ein kleines Problem hatten wir allerdings mit dem Parkplatz. Wir mussten das Auto auf einem ungesicherten Parkplatz ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt abstellen. Schöner wäre ein Parkausweis für den Parkplatz hinter dem Haus gewesen. Vielleicht ist das in Zukunft ja machbar. Wir waren trotzdem gerne in Gargnano und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Toller Urlaub in Gargnano

Vorab: Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der FeWo sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super, kaum 20m vom See entfernt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen romantischen Blick auf das Wasser. Die Wohnung ist super - wie in der Beschreibung - Mein Sohn hatte das Zimmer mit der Schlafcouch belegt und war mit dem Schlafcomfort zufrieden. Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich aber doch: Das beschriebene WLAN ist zwar vorhanden, aber das Signal ist nicht überall in der Wohnung vorhanden. Wir hatten vorsorglich einen WLAN-Repeater mitgebracht. Das half zwar bei der Abdeckung, aber leider war das Internet sehr langsam und immer wieder unterbrochen. Mit einer mobilen Datenverbindung war es einigermaßen erträglich. Aber im Urlaub sollte man auch mal abschalten und daher ist das schlechte WLAN ein vertretbarer Mangel.

Traditionell eingerichtet

Die Wohnung ist einer sehr schönen Lage mit Blick auf den See vom großen Balkon aus. Es gibt zwei Zugänge (vom Bad und von der Küche) auf den Balkon, auf dem sich zwei Tische und einige Stühle befinden. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine große Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt neben dem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett noch ein zusätzliches Zimmer mit Schränken und einer Couch. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut mit allem was man benötigt (oder auch nicht) ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen großen Tisch, eine bequeme Couch und einen Fernseher (mit deiner nur Italienischen Sendern). Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt traditionell italienisch, nicht typisch für Touristen, sondern eher als würde man bei einer italienischen Familie wohnen dürfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Seeblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll, originell und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr schön, mit Blick vom Frühstückstisch zum Gardasee. Gefallen hat auch der Gesamteindruck des Gebäudes und der gepflegte Innenhof. Ob in der Wohnküche, im Bad oder in den Schlafzimmern, es ist alles da, was benötigt wird. Es ist ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen vorhanden. Positiv ist die Ausstattung mit Terrasse. Die Ferienwohnung selbst und das gesamte Objekt sind sehr sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Toller Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Sehr schöne Lage in der Altstadt mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Villa di Gargnano ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet. Als wir wegen eines Staus viel zu spät ankamen, kam Signora Castellano sogar noch abends um zehn Uhr zur Wohnungsübergabe. Jederzeit wieder zu empfehlen.
