This exclusive property features over 800 feet of private shoreline, seven bedrooms across three buildings, and stunning lake views from multiple decks. The retreat offers seclusion while being conveniently located between Rogers/Bentonville and Eureka Springs. Our property provides a tranquil escape, ensuring lasting memories for your group on Beaver Lake's idyllic shores.

Welcome to Cedar Creek, an exquisite retreat on Beaver Lake featuring three distinct buildings: the Gameroom, the Main House, and the Bunk House. With over 800 feet of lake frontage and a private beach, Cedar Point is the ultimate private getaway for your group.

THE GAMEROOM:
Enter the Gameroom, where a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living space with games await. This vibrant space is our favorite on the property, perfect for the ultimate hangout! Large sliding glass doors along the back offer stunning lake views, leading to a spacious deck with eating and sitting areas, as well as a grill. For added convenience, the Gameroom features a half bathroom.

THE MAIN HOUSE:
Step into the Main House to discover a spacious living room adorned with breathtaking vaulted ceilings, creating an expansive and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a private en-suite and showcases panoramic lake views, offering a tranquil escape. The two secondary bedrooms cater to various preferences, with one featuring a queen bed and the other three twin beds. A well-appointed hallway bathroom serves these bedrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for culinary adventures and shared meals. Additionally, the Main House includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. As you make your way to the second living area, be prepared to be captivated by the amazing lake views that serve as a backdrop to the TV area and dining space.

THE BUNK HOUSE:
Step into the Bunk House's spacious living room, a welcoming retreat designed for relaxation and socializing. The kitchenette offers convenience for making your morning coffee, which you can enjoy on one of the two decks. Explore the serenity of the four bedrooms, each providing breathtaking lake views. The main bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while two bedrooms boast queen beds for a restful escape. The fourth bedroom is equipped with twin bunks, creating a charming space for all. Two hallway bathrooms enhance convenience, and a washer and dryer are provided for added ease during your stay.

This property is in such a beautiful setting! You really feel like you are the only people out there! The lake is also secluded and peaceful! The houses are very accommodating and so much space for people so you won’t feel crowded! Highly recommend!

Very Secluded which is what we wanted. Easy access to the lake. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party and the game room ended up being where we did nearly everything. We were very happy with our stay. The only thing i would say is be sure to bring some wasp spray with you. We definitely needed it.

Overall 4 stars. The 3 houses was great for our larger group. The game room house was really nice to have because we gathered there for all meals, drinks, movies, before venturing out. The ping pong and fusball table were a hit keeping the pre-teens busy for those idle times of vacation. The keyed entry was out of batteries when we arrived. It wasn’t a big deal once we discovered the key box but a stressful start. You’re in the middle of no where so waiting for a response before getting in on a long day of travel with kids will make you a little tense. The only thing that would have made this 100% perfect is an improved entry to the water. If the path could be cleared a little more and not as woody it would have been magical. Beaver doesn’t allow more docks x 50 years per the army core so that is out but some money in to the would elevate the financial gain tremendously. I will also say, the lake was extremely high so I’m not sure how the entry looks when the lake isn’t 13ft higher than normal. Nice stock on kitchen items. Showers not bad. Water always hot. All appliances worked well. Needs bigger coffee pot or bring K-cups; that worked well. Very close to Lost Bridge Marina. With the lake levels we could not get close to the house via boat.

Wonderful place in the woods for large group

We booked this property for a celebration long weekend for my sons's Med School graduation. Total 15 people. The layout of the accommodation allowed us to have fun and eat together in the games room, yet have the ability of getting some down time in the separate living and sleeping areas. Location was wonderful and very peaceful.

The location and properties were just what we needed. However, there were no dish towels avaliable, a drain in the Main House drained very very slowly, very limited (2) trash bags, property grounds had not been cleaned up since winter and were in need of attention. Even with these items we would go back and highly recommend the property.

Beautiful location. 13 adults stayed at this very clean home. There are three buildings. One building has a main kitchen/game room with deck.The other two homes have small kitchens, sitting areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. The owners were very helpful with any of our questions. We would definitely return.

Amazing Lake House Getaway!

Our stay at the Lake House was absolutely fantastic! The location is simply breathtaking – nestled in a tranquil spot by the water, it offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The easy walk to the water made our lakeside experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the house exceeded our expectations, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our family. With plenty of room for everyone, including a game room that was a hit with both kids and adults, there was never a dull moment. The large deck was a favorite spot for our group, offering stunning views that left us in awe, especially with the added bonus of deer sightings in the mornings. The accommodations were perfect for larger families, and the proximity to Lost Bridge Marina and other launch ramps make it convenient for those bringing a boat. Overall, our experience at the LakeHouse was unforgettable, and we can't wait to return. We'll definitely be recommending it to all our friends!
