We stayed here for four nights after our son’s wedding, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the family made us feel very welcome, the decor is shabby chic which I personally like, there were a few minor things with our room but as we were only staying a short while we didn’t make an issue out of it,. Breakfast was wonderful with a large spread & the gardens were really relaxing especially the summer house. Overall a really nice stay.

Wonderful location but needs some renovation. The AC was old and noisy, the bathroom would need some refurbishment. The parking is small and I was accused of having scratched another car with no reason.Overall expensive as all the area for a B&B that suffers the time.

Amazing hospitality with loads of hidden surprises a beautiful breakfast with the most amazing freshly baked cakes served each morning ....I commented that I’d love the recipe to one cake in particular and the following morning it was waiting for me at breakfast ....I asked also for an iron and ironing board and was told to bring my clothes down and they were ironed and waiting for me at the end of the day when I enquired the cost I was informed “ no charge you are a guest “ that kind of service is not even shown in large hotel chains ...small details that make a huge impact and difference ...and warrant a return visit and word of mouth recommendation

Ambiente ist außergewöhnlich und schön, aber speziell Zimmer 8 ist eine Katastrophe. Direkt unterm Dach, Fenster die mehr Schießscharten ähneln, zur Strasse hin, laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer, Zimmer kleiner als erwartet. Die anderen Zimmer dürften größer und zum See gewandt sein, dann ist die Villa sicher empfehlenswert. Ein Zimmertausch war nicht möglich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, Parkmöglichkeit auch.

Nice hotel
Quite okey. We were wondering that maybe the host couple could be more attentive. Before this hotel we stayed at a very nice hotel in the Como, where were very helpful, polite and warm host couple. The difference between these places were noticeable.
