In addition to the 4,400 sq. ft. luxury remodeled townhome space, you'll have so many more amenities that will make your vacation unforgettable. Being a beach front property, you'll have easy and private access (shared with only 5 other properties) to the lake. There is a brand new 80 foot dock that extends out into the lake, which provides an easy place to temporarily dock your boat/jet skis (the water level is constantly changing--dock at your own risk). The 2/3rd acre of lawn provides the perfect place for kids to run around and play yard games. The fire pit is a great place to gather in the evenings and roast s'mores. In addition to being right on the lake, you are also within walking distance to all of the restaurants, shake shops, and stores in Garden City. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable.

The townhomes themselves have recently been remodeled and are furnished with top of the line amenities and decorated to create the perfect beach feel. The kitchens are fully stocked, giving you the ability to make your favorite meals. There is a BBQ and Traeger for you to make juicy hamburgers and hotdogs (the perfect beach meal!) or any other delicious meal. Both units have 2 levels of deck space, with comfortable furniture, providing the perfect place to soak up the breathtaking views of the lake. There are TV's throughout both townhomes, with large TVs in the living areas with built in ability to AirPlay whatever you're watching on your phone direct to the TV. Guests will love the ability to play videos or pictures they took throughout the day direct to the TV as they gather in the evenings or to pull up their own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc. account and easily project it direct to the TV. Each unit has a kayak and paddle board for the guests to use!
