Hello,I wanted to reach out regarding a couple of concerns our group experienced during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in the basement area and even in some of the beds. This was obviously very unsettling for everyone and required us to spend time cleaning before we could comfortably use the space.Additionally, the leg of the kitchen table broke when we placed a few normal household items on it—specifically a piece of luggage and some groceries. It appeared the table may have already been weak or damaged, as there was not an unusual amount of weight on it.Given these issues, we were hoping you might consider waiving the cleaning fee. We do not want to leave a negative review, but the situation was pretty upsetting for our group and not what we expected.We appreciate you taking the time to look into this and hope we can come to a fair resolution.Thank you.

A great stay in Gansevoort

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a convenient location to Saratoga but also a nice and quiet location. It’s kid and dog friendly which is great! The house was very comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need. The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend to stay here for a Saratoga area visit.

Sisters birthday celebration

We my sisters and I came together to celebrate the 80th birthday of my oldest sister who lives in Gansevoort. The space was perfect for our gathering and we took a lovely photo on the back deck with the brilliant fall trees in the background. There was lots of sleeping space--more than we needed. The beds were well appointed and comfortable. The value of our rental was excellent.

Doggone Great Place to Stay

We had a great experience with the host and the house. The house was actually a little bit better than the listing. We thought the lower level room had a regular bed and bunk beds in the same room, but they were in separate areas of the lower level which provided for a bit more privacy. We had older puppies with us for a show being filmed at the Arena and it was perfect for them. The yard is securely fenced and there is no carpet on the main level and lower level of the house, which is nice with pets. Pet friendly homes are never perfect, but this one was pretty close. The property was beautiful and nestled in a wonderful neighborhood with very nice neighbors. It was easy to get to the Arena, as well as restaurants and stores. I recommend this property.

Spending time with family

It was a perfect place for my grandson 4th bday. We went to 6 flags, adventure center, and great escape Lodge. We weren't that far and it was very quiet to end the days. We did have a little problem with the WiFi but we had more fun spending more time with each other with all the games in the house.
