What a place. From the staff to the room everyone and everything was perfect so helpful and friendly. Great location also to top it off the restaurant brother and brother was out of this world with such a view of the city. The owner of the restaurant was so helpful nothing was no problem. During my 8-night stay at this HongC Hotel , I found the complementary laundry room was very quite useful for washing/drying clothes. Furthermore, their various services were extremely accommodating to my requests in particular providing guidance of the locations of supermarkets, local banks, restaurants nearby. Besides, the General Manager could speak fluent English which is very exceptional in Gangneung area but very critical to the foreign tourists.
