I enjoyed staying. Very clean and modernized. Staffs were kind and fast. Also I liked valet parking provided free for all customers. But I can’t give full score. There was some annoying noise were irregularly coming sounds like mechanical noise from old machine. I guess it was coming from their parking tower or elevator when they operate them. It disturbed my sleeping. This place will be the best place if they figure it out.

Great hotel for business and leisure traveller

The hotel i would say is in the center of everything. It is close to the Gangneung Station. Hotel is clean, no frills hotel but you can have everything that you need. Most places of interest are aleither a walking distance or a close hop by taxi. I will stay here again on my next business trip.

Good value & location, service is excellent

Great WiFi, rooms are very clean, service is excellent, but the walls are a bit thin. The front desk will order taxis, act as concierge, do about everything. Easy walk to 20+ restaurants, coffee shops, bars,and shopping. It even has insight coin laundry.
