We encountered several issues with our bathroom during our stay. The shower was extremely difficult to turn on and off, often resulting in it dripping continuously after use. There was severe mold in the grout of the tub, and the shower curtain was made of thin, low-quality material that clung to the skin when the water was running, requiring us to hold it down while showering. Additionally, the towel shelf was loosely attached to the wall near the shower entrance, causing towels to frequently fall into the water.
We reported these issues to the management team, who attempted to resolve them, but unfortunately, our second night was even worse than the first. Instead of replacing the shower curtain, they simply added another, which did not fix the issue. The curtain rod was rehung too high, causing water to soak the entire bathroom. Additionally, maintenance accidentally cracked the ceramic in the tub, leaving noticeable damaged spots.
I spoke to management again, and they assured us the issues would be resolved and that we would receive a credit for the inconvenience. However, we have yet to see any follow-up or compensation.
