We stayed for two nights and enjoyed one room for our family with two single beds and a double. We liked the space of the room and it was very clean. a few little things- The toilet seat cover kept on closing on its own and did not go all the way up. Another little thing, but should have been mentioned-the lights work only with a room key put into a slot. Strange that the receptionist did not tell us that when checking in. We liked that this hotel was a little outside of Galway City and enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for one night. It was a great stay! The only issue was the air conditioning. Wasn’t really working well to cool the room despite being set to the lowest temperature (19 degrees). I told the staff and they were pretty understanding. Provided me with a fan which helped to try and circulate some of the air from the AC, so that helped a bit with the coolness. But other than that, it was great! Super clean and roomy! Would definitely recommend!

Good hotel

We had a great time here, yes it’s a little dated but that didn’t bother us. The breakfast was delicious good quality. Our room was comfortable, clean and big enough for four of us. Only complaint that I would have and it’s not really a complaint I just found odd, was our room was to be clean and all was done was covers thrown over the beds not even fully, very quick tidy in bathroom but didn’t change used mugs from tea. Pool was good we enjoyed using the pool and all staff very friendly

Comfortable hotel

Very happy with spacious family room. Beds were comfortable and room was a nice temperature. The location of hotel not too far from Galway was great. The only bad thing was the noisy bathroom tap.

Loved this hotel! It was smaller, which made check in and parking super easy. Our hotel room was exceptional, clean and spacious. The bar/restaurant connected was slightly below average. My wife ordered a wine & the wine glass had bright lip stick imprints all over the top of the rim. When we mentioned it to the bartender, he poured the glass in a new (clean) one. The bartender had a difficult time making a mixed drink on their menu and had the attitude that he didn’t want to be there, or didn’t want us there. We had a single drink & avoided ordering any food or anything else.

Horrible Staff in the restaurant

Everything was so good, lovely pool, friendly and helpful staff in the lobby and spa. However, we were strongly annoyed by a staff named Emily in the restaurant when we ordered cook breakfast. She displayed unhelpful and unfriendly manner, and even questioned whether we had paid for the breakfast in front of all other customers. This made us feel very embarrassed and being offended.
