I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. 1st we try to check in, the lady is yelling and arguing with my husband saying our card was declined and we showed her there was way more money in the account than what was being charged. She kept telling us she had already checked in 16 people so there was nothing wrong with her system that it was something wrong with our account. Come to find out, when I open my account all the way, she charged our card SIX times so Wells Fargo flagged it for fraud. I asked her how many times did she charge our card, she said once. I showed her my account with the six attempted charges and she says to me, do you want to put it on another card. Like excuse me. My fraud detection text came through and I had to say it was me trying to charge the money and it allowed me to try again and it went through. We received no apologies or anything. We get to our room and then got something to eat. After eating, my husband went to the bathroom to shower. He gets ready to get in and realize that there’s hair all in the shower so I walk to the desk to let them know. The same lady comes to me. She tells me housekeeping won’t be in until 9 in the morning. So I’m like, you’re telling me we can’t shower until 9am? She gets an attitude and asks me what’s wrong with the shower. So I tell her again about the hair. She tells me she’ll get it with a glove. She comes to the room and, still with an attitude, asks me where is it. The worst stay ever!
