Location straordinariamente completa di ogni confort

La vacanza è stata rilassante e straordinariamente fantastica. La casa molto spaziosa con un bellissimo terrazzo vista mare. I lidi sono di fronte alla casa lido San Giovanni il più vicino ma a noi è piaciuto anche zona Sannicola lido le canne, Mar y sol con spiaggia bianca e a 5 minuti con l'auto . Il mare è di fronte il centro di Gallipoli a due passi piacevolmente passeggiando per il lungomare. Complimenti alla padrona di casa Signora Katia immensamente straordinaria, per il terzo anno abbiamo scelto la stessa casa che ha anche la piscina giú nel residence Virginia ❤️

Schöne Wohnung am Strand

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, ausreichend groß und hat einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, wo auch ein VW Bus hineinpasst. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben jederzeit sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es Gebäck und Süßigkeiten, im Schrank lagen für uns Nudeln und eine Grundausstattung zum Kochen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gibt es keine Spülmaschine. Direkt am Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Bar. Vor dem Haus verläuft die Uferpromenade, wo man zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt laufen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Un paradiso che affaccia sul lido San Giovanni di Gallipoli fronte strada

Una vacanza rilassante,il secondo anno consecutivo indimenticabile per le bellezze di Gallipoli, per le passeggiate sul lungomare fino al centro storico di Gallipoli senza necessità di prendere l'auto.La proprietaria la signora Katia è una persona che ha molto fiducia dei suoi inquilini ed è una persona straordinaria. Ci ha lasciato al nostro arrivo i dolcetti tipici della Puglia l, i pasticciotti e ci ha regalato una fornitura di cibo per i primi giorni di soggiorno.Che d'ore,ho già prenotato per il prossimo anno perché dalla vita di villaggio con la famiglia abbiamo amato questa casa nel residence con piscina, con intorno Tutti i servizi per chi non vuole usare l'auto come il supermercato, i bar per gli aperitivi,il ristorante e la pizzeria. La casa poi è stupenda ha un balcone che affaccia sul mare ed è situato al primo piano panoramico, die.camere da letto, cucina, soggiorno e bagno e il comodissimo box auto al piano -1 . Grazie signora Katia per averci ospitati anche quest'anno . Ci vedremo al prossimo anno ❣️

Viel Entspannung in der Vorsaison

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in Gallipoli. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um das Salento zu erkunden. Katia ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie ist jederzeit ansprechbar und gibt alle Informationen, die man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Kurzurlaub

Vermieter sind sehr sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich. Bettwäsche, Kissen und Frottetücher in vier verschiedenen Grössen und Farben waren auch zur Hand. Bei jeglichen Fragen waren die Vermieter immer anwesend und bereit uns zu helfen. Kann ich sehr gerne Weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Familie Notaro.

Alloggio trovato molto bello a 15 min c'è la stazione e il centro di Gallipoli supermercati anche vicini l'unica pecca e per il mare che non è molto bello vicino all'alloggio però questo è un parere personale

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 22/8 al 29/8, ottima posizione vicinissima ai lidi e a tutti i servizi. I proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno accolto, riservando al nostro arrivo, dei pasticciotti squisiti, acqua, latte, biscotti, marmellate e quant'altro. Pulizia ottima, presenza di box auto e aria condizionata in tutte le camere. Super!!!

Tutto perfetto

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento principalmente per l'ottima posizione, a pochi metri dal mare e non troppo lontano dal centro e dai lidi di Baia Verde. La proprietaria, Katia, è stata fin da subito molto disponibile e cordiale. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare degli ottimi pasticciotti, anguria, pasta fatta in casa, nonché varie cibarie per la colazione. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con uno dei tre condizionatori e, nonostante fosse ferragosto, Katia si è subito messa a disposizione per risolverlo. Le stanze erano come in foto, cucina ben attrezzata e terrazza molto ampia con vista mare. Altro punto a favore il box auto (comodissimo). Nulla da dire, ci siamo trovate benissimo!
