Fantastic 150 year old house with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. One of the most beautiful places we ever stayed. Furnishings are beautiful. Great pool. Great breakfast. Great caretaker, Mohan, also a very good chef preparing dinners for us. The owner stopped by and was extremely helpful.

Excellent property in Galle

Lovely homestay with such attention to detail in property. Good Sri Lankan breakfast. Quiet area except for some railway noise but not a problem for us. Half hour walk to fort( plenty of tuk-tuks if you want) Helpful & friendly host.

A true casa from casa

A wonderful night's stay at Green Casa! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a Moroccan-style tadelakt-esque bathroom. Breakfast was a delicious spread of fresh fruit, eggs and coconut roti, and service was warm, pleasant and discreet. A beautiful resting stop for my husband and I as we moved through the country.

This property is a stunning gem away from the heat and bustle of Galle Fort. A beautiful pool and a sea breeze is definite respite during the day A 5 minute tuk tuk ride will take you to the Fort. The rooms are large. The beds very comfy. The shower was perfect. All decorated simply and in keeping with the building 150 year age. Then there is Mohan who appears like magic when you need something. He is kind and friendly, the perfect host..if he offers to make you a traditional lunch or dinner say YES. Fresh fish and prawn curry he prepared was better than any restaurant in Galle. Get some beers or wine and stay in for the night. I am happy i made the move from staying in the Fort to stay here. Thank you Mohan and team for a fantastic. I will be back! Do not hesitate, this is a tranquil oasis.

Excellent homestay

Mohan, the manager was extremely accommodating making gorgeous breakfasts and real cinnamon tea. The homestay is a really nice place to stay, in a quiet location but easily accessible to walk to the Fort and other local attractions. Tuk Tuks are made available with local drivers at a reasonable price to access the beach areas etc. This is the place to stay on anyone's plans visiting Sri Lanka. Finally many thanks to Harsha for his Hospitality.

Great guest house in perfect location.

Great guest house in perfect location - in between Galle Fort and the beach. The owner and staff were very friendly / helpful and informative. The breakfasts we were served were the best of the entire holiday in Sri Lanka. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - even making us lovely cinnamon tea when we arrived back after busy sightseeing.
