I stayed from Thursday- Monday and did not receive room service once. Saturday morning I put the towels on the bathroom floor in a pile, assuming that I was helping the cleaning staff. I came back extremely late and sweaty (partying) Sunday early morning hours to no clean towels and was also out of toilet paper! My sister addressed the issue with the front desk staff, we were given what we needed but it felt undercut. Sunday we prepared for a wedding in the morning. We left around 8am and returned to the room still not attended to. The breakfast was nice and convenient however it doesn’t change much and the options were slim. Very good though especially since it was free.

My stay was horrible. I stay here once a month for work and this time there was absolutely no WIFI or TV. Also when I checked out I was told they didn’t even know that I was in that room! How dangerous is that! This stay was the worse one I’ve encountered.

Its a nice property and the front desk staff is very friendly. The roads around the exit are under construction, so be careful pulling off interstate into property.
